Terry A. Dawes
Terry Dawes earned an Associate's Degree in nursing from Kalamazoo Valley Community College, and worked his way through undergraduate and law school as a registered nurse.
He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western Michigan University with a degree in education, and earned membership in the Golden Key National Honor Society.
Terry attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, where he graduated cum laude. His distinctions included serving on the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review, and winning a Certificate of Merit for excellence in the study of Michigan administrative law, as well as an American Jurisprudence Award for excellence in the study of trial advocacy.
In his twenty-plus years of practice Terry has focused on representing persons injured by health workers as well as representing persons injured by administration of vaccines under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
Terry is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Federal Bar Association, and Michigan Association for Justice, American Association for Justice and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Terry has been married for more than 20 years and has two children.
