Terrance J. Cirocco was born July 22, 1954 in Detroit, MI. He graduated with honors from Notre Dame High School in 1972, Northwestern University in 1976, and Detroit College of Law (Cum Laude) in 1984. Mr. Cirocco attended Northwestern on a football scholarship. Mr. Cirocco is licensed to practice law in six states, and actively litigates nationally.

Mr. Cirocco has extensive experience in birth trauma litigation, and taught, researched, and published in this field.

Mr. Cirocco is married and the father of two daughters.
