Phillip B. Toutant concentrates his practice on representing injured persons in civil litigation throughout Michigan and the United States. Primarily, his practice is focused on medical malpractice and birth trauma litigation. He also has experience in no-fault/auto accident law, premises liability litigation and appellate matters.
